Ian Gale - Chairman

 
Ian has about 2600 hours as a Tornado pilot and weapons instructor and has completed tours on Tornado front line units as well as the Strike Attack Operational Evaluation Unit and the Typhoon Operational Evaluation Unit.  He has about 300 hours on various light aircraft from Piper Cub and Tiger Moth to Seneca and loves flying of any kind!  He helped establish the club during his last tour at Marham and is delighted to be returning as the chairman once again.  He is currently serving as OC 31 Sqn and is the deputy chairman of the RAF Flying Clubs' Association.
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
Darren Howett - Officer in Charge

Darren took over as OIC in May 2008.  He is a navigator flight commander on No II (AC) Squadron, based at Marham.  His flying experience includes many hours on the Tornado GR, as well as an exchange tour with the US Forces, flying the E6 Prowler.  He is looking to rekindle his light aircraft interests and hopes to complete his first solo soon.

Ian Hodson - Operations Manager

Ian joined the RAF in 1968 and completed tours as a navigator on Victor, Buccaneer and Tornado. He currently works as a civilian instructor at the Marham GR4 simulator. He has renewed his PPL with the club. 
 
 
 
 

Luke Waskett-Booth  - Secretary

Luke is one of the Junior Engineering Officers on 31 Squadron and is the Club Secretary.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Rhona Hodson - Membership Secretary

Martin Reynolds - Competitions Member

Martin is an Air Traffic Control officer at Coningsby, having previous been NCO Aircrew with over 3000 hrs on Nimrods. A keen glider pilot and instructor with over 500 hrs soaring, he completed a JAR PPL in 2004.
